Hey guys! So I think most of you probably know me and for those of you who don't, I'm Rachel/woz. So throughout my life I've always struggled with my health due to different accidents/diseases. I recently went to get checked again and to make sure everything was okay. My parents and I talked a long while with my doctors and I had to run some blood and bone marrow tests. We later got back together with my doctors and they revealed to us that I've pretty much been diagnosed with a type of cancer called Acute Myeloid Leukemia, also known as AML. A simple explanation of it would be that it's a kind of cancer of the blood and bone marrow that is a result of an excess amount of immature white blood cells. I have to undergo surgery for my picc line soon and then I'll eventually be able to begin treatment. I just kinda thought everyone should know so I don't have to keep explaining. I'm obviously still going to be as active as I usually am, and I'm definitely not leaving under any circumstances. Just thought everyone deserved to know :D

my life is a musical
